Capt - I bought Toyota's extended warranty from them. $3k, 5yr/60k ... effective from when I drove it off the lot. I'm fully covered door everything ... even rental car, if I have to get the FJ services. It's a pretty sweet deal.

Hell yeah ... that was included in the overall purchase. Given the estimated value of vehicle, versus what paid, it was a STEAL!

I payed $500 for my powertrain warranty. At the time of purchase it equated out to a 4 year 55,000 mile powertrain warranty. I used it earlier this year of a transmission replacement. So it's already paid for it's self.

Nice. I'm hoping as I get into the regular maintenance, that I don't discover any major issues. Even if I do ... WARRANTY ... haha

Welcome, John!

The pics look good! Glad you've got that beer safely buckled in!

You should be able to get the photobucket app for your phone. That will let you upload from your phone.

Tom - thanks for the heads up. I actually uploaded with no issues. Newer android based phones seem to have better overall functionality.

New pics coming in the next few days ... side step/rails/nerfs are going on!!
