True true. Any reputable dealer should at least have a 30 day warranty no matter what. Hope it wasn't an as-is sale

Good point, if that's true. I really have no idea what it is, I was just thinking 30K at the least. But didn't think about the three year thing. So guess it depends in what month it was originally...

At 25000 you should still be under factory...

At 25000 you should still be under factory warranty at the least. Definitely take it back and tell them what is going on
