Yes the Demello is one of, if not the, lightest plate bumpers. They are very nice.

The ARB is the only (to my knowledge) aftermarket...

The ARB is the only (to my knowledge) aftermarket bumper with crumple zone in it's mounting brackets. As far as "air bag rated" that is the only difference between it and other bumpers.

Obviously it varies from bumper to bumper, but...

Obviously it varies from bumper to bumper, but for the most part, I like tube bumpers up front, and plate for the back.
