Default Brake problems

I have a big problem with the brake system. My car brake does not function well; after checking, the garage told me to by a new master cylinder because the rear piston of the old one did not push the oil; so only the front whiles can stop the vehicle.

After changing the master cylinder, the same problem persists. The second garage I consult said that the scanner indicates that the master cylinder has to be changed. Up until now they do not resolve my problem.
